ANTIQUES APPRAISAL DAY
|
| A large
group of enthusiastic collectors was lined up and ready to go before the
doors even opened at this year's Antiques Appraisal Day.
Eight appraisers were on
hand to examine a variety of antiques and collectibles including furniture,
dolls, toys, glass, porcelain, art, clocks, watches, silver and jewelry.
Aloysia C. Hamalainen, Lyndi
McNulty, Michael Merrill, Todd Peenstra, Kim Prehn, N. Kenzie Smith and Fred
Winer all generously donated their times and professional expertise in
examining over 380 items. The day was a big success
and raised a record amount of money for the Historical Society.
